【嘉義縣阿里山鄉】

阿將的家23咖啡館，從過去寵物可以一起住宿，因為發生了一些糾紛，後來變成寵物可以進入。因館內飼養許多貓，有飼主因為不牽繩，造成貓咪驚嚇。於2020決定不再寵物友善。僅能透過照片和影片來感受了。

過去原住民並沒有任何書籍或者照片將傳統記錄下來，再加上「現代化」導致了許多原住民傳統失傳，阿將以小時記憶還原了當時的原住民「鄒族」傳統建築，利用當地特有的石塊將在地美學發揮到極致。這邊寵物進入要繫繩，因為這裡面養了許多喵喵，但不接受攜帶寵物住宿。如果對背後的故事感興趣，文末有訪談阿將老婆的記敘。

後記：這邊真的很有巧思，也感受到阿將的用心。原本寵物可入住的，因為當時主人讓寵物上床及製造了一些困擾。因此阿將才取消寵物也可入住。環境對寵物友善，我們也要對環境友善，希望大家能將心比心。在這邊和老闆娘聊完後，真的覺得在地美學很重要，而不是一昧的豪華和高級但是到處都有。

- 小米遊記的米爸和老闆娘聊天整理出的小故事：
阿將的家當初是原本是經營40幾人民宿，但是由於人手不足再加上一些管理問題最後變成現在約可進駐20幾人的精緻民宿。之所以會以鄒族傳統建築為設計，主要是因為過去部落間無任何的照片和紀錄，而國民政府來台後，推行現代化建築，過去鄒族部落也陸續跟進，導致了傳統的建築藝術漸漸的失傳。而阿將靠著記憶，將小時候的所接觸的一一的重現。在建構過程中，曾經有朋友知道需要大量的石頭，願意免費提供澎湖的石頭，被阿將拒絕。原因是，鄒族的建築一定要用當地的石頭才能蓋出這種感覺，這是一種在地美學。由於阿將的堅持和努力，漸漸有了成果，許多建商都來請教阿將。
