【新北市林口區】

西班牙建築師萊恩（Lain Satrustegui）IMO團隊在的作品「彩虹下福」（下福市民活動中心），由52種顏色共160根柱子創造出如彩虹般華麗的市民殿堂，大概是全台灣最漂亮的市民活動中心了吧！而這座市民活動中心，可是以旁邊的洪福宮，以在地文化為主題，巧妙融合東方和西方文化設計出來的，有著廟宇的燕尾屋詹、瓦當、滴水陰陽角等。
